Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your chosen artwork to the cart, and check out securely.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you’re buying outside of the UK, EU, or USA, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • The artist will ship the artwork within 5 business days of the order.

  • International orders typically take 7–14 business days, though shipping times may vary by location.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Q: Will my artwork be safe during shipping?
Absolutely. Each piece is carefully packaged by the artist to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Q: Is tracking included?
Yes — all artworks are shipped with tracking, and you will receive tracking details once available.

Q: Are shipments insured?
Shipments are not insured by default. If you would like insurance, please request this before purchasing so we can arrange it. Insurance will incur an additional cost.

Q: Who is responsible if there are delays, loss, or damage in transit?
Once the artwork has been shipped and tracking provided, the gallery is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage. Responsibility for safe packaging and dispatch lies with the artist. However, we will assist with communication between the buyer, artist, and courier if an issue arises.

Q: Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the artwork or shipping price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on your country’s regulations.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my artwork?
All sales are final. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange either a replacement (if available) or a refund.


Artworks & Authenticity

Q: Are the artworks original?
Yes — every piece at The Gallery is an authentic, original work created by the listed artist.

Q: Do I receive proof of authenticity?
Yes — artworks include a certificate of authenticity from the artist (depending on the artist’s practice, some may vary).

Q: Do I own the copyright to the artwork once I buy it?
No. By purchasing an artwork, you are buying the physical piece only. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buyers are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist’s prior consent.
